The proposed restaurant concept is geared towards the breakfast and lunch crowds, including weekend special events and music.
The design shall incorporate a modern design on the interior, including neutral colors with bold accents, open seating area with high open ceilings, and a mimosa bar that connects the interior space with the exterior patio space.
The facility shall be approximately 3,400 square feet and shall include seating for approximately 150, including the outdoor patio.
