This project includes a restoration of the original Wehrly Blacksmith Building constructed in 1908 in historic downtown Littleton, CO. The entire front facade of the original building shall be restored to the original brick finish, as well as replacing the existing windows to match the original profiles.
The design incorporates a new addition and outdoor upper deck patio that ties in with the original “blacksmith“ design theme.
The building shall be approximately 1,750 square feet and is being re-purposed for a multi-use event space and pop up retail facility for
the local downtown community.
