The proposed 3,000 s.f. Daycare facility is located in the historic downtown area of Castle Rock, CO. The original house building was built in 1874 and shall be restored to its original appearance, including repair of the original windows, replacement of the exterior siding and shingle roof.
The proposed addition shall tie together the original house and garage building. The addition shall include new classroom, office, reception and accessory use spaces.
The facility shall be approximately 3,330 square feet when completed and shall include space for approximately 42 children.
