This new development was intended to serve the local business community in the northern part of Parker, Colorado. One of the primary focuses of this project was to take advantage of the commanding views that existed with this site of the entire Rocky Mountain range to the west.
The proposed development included almost 40,000 square feet of mixed-used retail and office space divided up into two building complexes. The two buildings, one a two-story structure and the other a three-story structure, are connected by a bridge with exterior balconies incorporated to take full advantage of the existing views. This design implements a framed plaza / seating area between the two buildings creating a picturesque framework for the view of the mountains to the west.
