As a member of a Design-Build team, this Applebee’s location was the conversion of an existing vacant restaurant located at the local community mall. It included an approximate 4,500 restaurant and bar space based on the new Corporate Prototype and included and outside dining area located inside the mall concourse.
This project replaced the existing smaller and dated restaurant location that was one of the Franchisees most successful locations in their portfolio.
