This neighborhood retail development was carved out of an existing 30-Year old Retail Development to provide additional retail space
to this central Pueblo, Colorado location. The butterfly roof design provided a unique modern design to the existing dated development.
The proposed 6,000 Square Foot Mixed-Use Retail Building was designed to accommodate (4) Four Tenant Spaces, including a Jimmy John’s Restaurant, GNC Store and an AT&T Retail Store.
