Due to the need to relocate to a more ideal location in Parker. The franchise moved to the High Pointe on Parker Retail & Office Development in northern Parker. The project included the tenant finish build out of 1,200 s.f.
The challenge on the project was to design a more efficient layout than their original larger location so as to utilize all their existing kitchen equipment and dining room furniture and maintain the same number seats.
The final design resulted in additional seating capacity, plus the use of the outdoor plaza seating area available as part of the overall development.
