Working closely with the Developer and Dutch Bros. Corporate, the Westminster location was one of the first locations in the Colorado market for the coffee giant from the West Coast.
The design process included incorporating the Corporate Prototype and implementing the local architectural design standards required by the City. The final design encompassed a Colorado mountain design theme while making sure the Corporate Branding was not lost.
