This retail development was part of a small neighborhood development that included a daycare facility. The challenge with this site was to work within the tight constraints of the site and the significant elevation change from one end of the site to the other. The design incorporated an integated with the Daycare Building and met all the Town’s Design Standards .
The proposed 4,713 Square Foot Mixed-Use Retail Building was designed to accommodate (2 to 3) Tenant Spaces, including Scenthound Parker and Hess Ridge Animal Hospital.
