Working in conjunction with the Developer, Flywheel Holdings, we are developing the Architectural Design Standards for the new Silver Peaks Mixed-Use Retail & Multi-family Development located in the growing town of Lochbuie, Colorado.
The design standards are intended to provide a consistent architectural theme for the development and shall include creating a neighborhood shopping experience with a pedestrian friendly setting to connect with the adjacent residential uses that is substantially consistent with the Town of Lochbuie’s Comprehensive Plan.
- The initial phases of construction are scheduled to begin in 2025.
