As part of their continued national growth, we worked with the local Franchisee in the development of a new Scenthound – Dog Hygiene and Wellness Center located in Littleton, CO. We worked closely with the franchisee and the building owner in the development of the 1,300 s.f. tenant space buildout based on their Corporate Prototype.
The facility includes the main lobby space, trimming area, bath / wash area and employee break room space.
